The cueva we stayed in was surprisingly comfortable and cool, even in the middle of summer. We slept wonderfully in the silence of the mountains. The view in the morning with a cup of coffee was magical.
What a beautiful region! We discovered something new every day: swimming in Lake Negratin, hiking in the mountains, and sampling local tapas in Baza. The cueva was our resting place after every adventure.
Cuevas Andalucia was a real discovery. The cave house kept the heat at bay, and the pool was perfect after a day exploring Granada. The mix of tranquility and nearby excursions made this a fantastic stay.

Interested in culture and history? There’s plenty to discover in and around Baza. Visit the Baza Archaeological Museum with the famous Dama de Baza. Stroll through the historic center with its Arab baths, old city walls, and the impressive Baza Cathedral (Iglesias Mayor). We also have local guides who are happy to lead private tours (recommended).
